Here is his GreenGeeks Green Web Hosting review:
I signed up to GreenGeeks because their offer, although a bit expensive, was intriguing. I liked the idea of having my website on repurchased green wind power. When I first signed up, I put integrio uptime scout on my site to make sure that I was getting what I was paying for.
Integrio reported some problems throughout my time I've been hosting with Green Geeks. Occasionally, my website was offline and support couldn't really help because by the time I would get the ticket in and they respond, the site would be back up and live again. Pretty frustrating.
I finally managed to convince them to put my site on a newer web server. Since that time, I've had little troubles and am fairly happy with GreenGeeks.
My only recommendation is to do your due diligence with any web host and make sure your uptimes are in fact 99.9%. If it isn't, ask for your credits when due. I wish the quality was a little higher for the higher premium their service costs.
In all, I'm a ***/***** (3 stars out of 5) with my satisfaction. I wouldn't go as far as recommending them to others unless they demand green web hosting.
