Here is her GreenGeeks Green Web Hosting review:
At first I was pleased...until I noticed some of my emails were getting bounced back because the GreenGeeks mailserver I was on was blacklisted for spam. My first technical support on this went well and I was moved to a different server.
The new server was also blacklisted/graylisted by some sites as a source of spam. Technical support event 2 was a disaster. Incompetent staff didn't even fully read an extremely brief ticket, expected me to troubleshoot, and then closed the ticket without further response or action.
Their billing customer support tried to get their technical support to follow-up, but nothing happened. I am only using my domain for email purposes until my contract expires.
It's a shame. Their servers seem to be fairly stable and reliable but they have some bad customers ruining it for everyone. This is the true downfall of shared hosting and is why I am moving to a VPS Server soon.
